@ShadowEliteHD As far as things go, Disgaea is still somewhat niche, as is the Musou genre. The regular strategy format for Disgaea is still well loved, I think it'll just be a whole while longer. They are super slow.

Only thing I don't like about these spin-offs or making other genres is the fact that if they become a hit there's a chance they become the replacement for the mainline games or it will take forever for a mainline game to release again because the spin-off games have to pretty much fund the mainline game.

@Rou_Chiii The very same people would scoff at the concept of even so much as $20 for a game. And then blow $100's if not more on a gacha. Truly is a festering infection for the dopamine addled.

I don’t understand how some people are still playing and paying for gatcha games, because this scheme is worse than the “no physical discs”. Because I can guarantee you that you are paying much much more in gatcha games that will eventually end service than what are you paying for a single game one time.
