But, as far as I'm aware, there's little or no publicly available information about what tests have been applied and when, and what the results were. The IOC's rules in this area are also unhelpfully vague.

How is it fair or safe to assume that the passport is correct and not the tests? It's immensely irresponsible of the IOC.
