@cromaretail @cromaretail Order : S0A708375457766 Insufficient cooling and water condensation. Since then, 4/5 separate repair have been carried out by Croma. Having used refrigerators for over three decades, this has been the worst product and customer service. FULL REFUND.

@cromaretail @cromaretail do you think we have so much of time that we are continuing to follow up with you? The refrigerator is still showing condensation and water accumulation problem refer the attached photo and that too after six to seven repairs hence the refrigerator needs replacement

@cromaretail none of your customer support escalation matrix Level 1 to 3 is of any help and they don't even bother to respond to email requests. What's the point in having them in your team? Reduce unnecessary people within your team and focus on customer service and support

@bouyguestelecom J'ai appelé Bouygtel pour confirmer quand je vais recevoir l'étiquette de retour pour le renvoi des cartons, à ce jour je n'ai rien reçu. Et, je peux voir 2 factures d'une valeur de 79€ et 69€ qui vont être déduites le 16 Décembre.
