@NYCMayor The majority of the deficit was made up by: 1. A state bailout and moving pension payments. i.e. mostly money from people who don’t live in NYC and future taxpayers 2. Tax revenue from the strong performance of Wall Street. i.e. Capitalism Good job on the rest though.
