I really wish docs took mental health more seriously. Things have gotten horrendous and I need help. Went to the ER multiple times for my mental health and felt dismissed and more traumatized. My CNS is all F'd up and I have been in constant fight or flight for months now. 1/?

Well I am officially below 190 lbs for the first time in ages!! Weighed in at 188 lbs at the doctor's office a week ago. That means I officially lost almost 30 lbs. Max I weighed was like 216 lbs. This is with dieting alone btw. I am even wearing a belt with my work pants now.
