@EnarialP @DrNeilStone And perhaps you haven’t had the flu because of your immune response to the natural infection. We will never know 👽
English

@Snowflake_MD @DrNeilStone How do you know if you will get severe flu or not? Personally, I'll do what I've done for many years now, get a flu jab. Last time I had flu I was in bed for a week & on the sofa for another, even tho I was young & fit. I've had the flu jab every year since & no more flu. 👍🏽
English

That’s exactly my point.
I would be highly unlikely to get severe flu because I am relatively young and healthy with no comorbidities. So I’m ok with the risk and perhaps getting the flu so I mount a much more robust immune response now while I am young. To each their own. I wish you no ill side effects and long lasting immunity
English

@unhealthytruth @DrNeilStone Can you link me the data on this? Genuinely curious.
English

@DrNeilStone Sadly, the vaccines can cause meningitis
English

@Snowflake_MD @EnarialP @DrNeilStone meningitis is not virus it’s bacterial there no vaccine for bacterial infections
English

@EnarialP @DrNeilStone Yes, if given the hypothetical scenario of severe flu or the jab, I’ll take the shot too.
You’re still missing the point and repeatedly creating black and white false dilemmas.
But that’s ok. I wish you the best.
English

@Snowflake_MD @DrNeilStone Flu is a common, serious illness which can cause death & long lasting health issues. GB is rare & the chances of full recovery are high.
So I'll take the flu jab every single time over getting a bad case of flu.
English

No of course not. I love my car.
I see patients with meningitis frequently, so for me it makes sense to get the vaccine because I don’t want to bring it home to my family. Even if it’s a sham vaccine, I’ll personally take that risk and risk injuring myself to potentially protect my family. You’re perfectly entitled to your opinion on my own decision, but it’s a choice I stand by, for me.
That doesn’t mean the vaccine is for everyone.
I’m not the doc roaming around the hospital with a badge clip shaped like a syringe, don’t worry.
English

@Snowflake_MD @EnarialP @DrNeilStone The vaccine dose not work there is zero evidence of vaccine work in there history
Chance of getting meningitis is 0.01
Dying in a car crash 1% will you stop driving. A car?
English

@Lordadams98 @EnarialP @DrNeilStone I added “generally” intentionally. Definitely not universally safe and universally effective on every individual. Anyone who says otherwise is lying or misinformed.
English

@Snowflake_MD @EnarialP @DrNeilStone Safe and effective is banned.. drug companies can not claim this at all
Why are you
English

Indeed, anyone would rather get a vaccine than meningitis. You’re missing the point. Yes vaccines are generally safe and effective but that does not mean they are without risks (ie Guillain-Barré and influenza vaccines).
Would you rather get the flu or Guillain-Barré?
Do you see how this creates a false dilemma?
It’s ok to think I’m temperamentally unsuited. But the reality is that any doctor who doesn’t inform patients of the associated risks of vaccines as well as the pros are probably the ones you should go after.
English

@Snowflake_MD @DrNeilStone The chances of getting shot in the head during Russian roulette are 1 in 6.
The meningitis vaccine is both safe & effective & anyone with a brain would rather have it than face meningitis.
If that's really your job, you appear temperamentally unsuited!
English

@AlBowers11 @DrNeilStone Clearly an illusory choice/false dilemma for clickbait guised as an “intelligent post”
Can your brain compute?
English

@EnarialP @DrNeilStone Please enlighten me how his statement is not a false dilemma? I administer vaccines every day, but this is just a poorly written hypothetical scenario
English

@Snowflake_MD @DrNeilStone It isn't remotely like that you absolute clown! 🤦🏼♀️
English

@CoffeeBlackMD I’m inventing a Snoo but for agitated dementia patients
Idk seems to work well for my kid
English

There is no good solution for the active and agitated dementia patient.
The Washington Post@washingtonpost
U.S. nursing homes are fabricating schizophrenia diagnoses to hide their use of dangerous antipsychotic drugs to subdue dementia patients, a government watchdog report found. The drugs increase risk of falls, strokes and death. wapo.st/4tfSUsr
English

Neither confirming nor denying what I matched into, but there is nothing loser-like to match into family medicine.
More family medicine docs are sorely needed in this country and has some amazing doctors 💕 nothing but respect
DR KEPTINTHEDARK@kept_in_thedark
@fuqekgs @ntradsteminist Lmao exactly what a weak minded loser would say. Good job matching into Family Med loser.
