Choose your nursing board • Pay the application fee Step 2: Download Required Forms After completing the application: • Download the Transcript Request Form • Download the License Verification Form Step 3: Send Transcript Request to Your Nursing School • Sign the CGFNS Transcript Request Form • Send it to your nursing school • Your school will send your official transcript directly to CGFNS Step 4: Apply for License Verification Contact your Nursing Council/Board and request license verification to be sent Step 5: Upload WAEC Certificate and Passport Log in to your CGFNS portal Upload: • Your WAEC/NECO certificate and Passport Step 6: Wait for Document Processing CGFNS will wait until all required documents are received.
