@AileInTheValley @SPADtm I’m not a big jet pack user. Also it’s hard to not get surrounded since they actually started to space out the bot drops to all around you. 😅 I know it’s because I have bad positioning but I play the bot front for epic destruction

@SnowyWolfAngel @SPADtm Oh, absolutely. My FedEx delivery Loadout is a Leveller and a Hellbomb. Spotting a War Strider in the distance usually warrants me using my Leveller and just nuking anything around it too. But for objectives and what not, you can just slide under it with a Senator, shoot the D!

@ODSTaco @SPADtm Kinda hard to when it’s surrounded by devastators plus hulks and other war striders since the spawns are broken. I just nuke the area and turn it scorched earth.

@SnowyWolfAngel @SPADtm Have you tried going under the thing? It's an easy kill. That simple tactic eradicates the whole grenade spam issue too. Then again, the problem is several spawning but then again: it's bots, why would you not carry AT?

Again, its a balance between the two, so there will be situations where they want you to feel helpless or overwhelmed. Certain stratagems being bad probably comes down to them being too situational most of the time from experience.

Neither "core" audience or "target" audience are the real ones, most people are just COD fucks came to ruin the identity of the game (like you) HD2 was never a game you'd master or start to understand even after 100 hours but oh wow of course you're trying to sissify it

Driving a tank or mech will absolutely give you the feeling of a power fantasy if you have a cohesive team to support. AH does well keeping a good balance on both to me.

@SnowyWolfAngel @OhDoughPlays @SPADtm I remember when they first released. Their grenades had a huge AOE that ragdolled in addition to their cannons, and their spawnrates were insane. Their addition singlehandedly made bots unfun to fight. The whole battlefield became one giant, unrelenting ragdoll AOE til you died.

@OhDoughPlays @Claysthetics well I was actually fine with the war strider and how they were, but I can see how this would lock you to a meta of carrying AT all the time which can be really boring

@OhDoughPlays @Claysthetics I'm glad to see a large amount of people pushing back on this glazediver as a term does nothing but demonizes one side of the community that being said whinediver also needs to be used less for civil discussion This is just blatantly rude and does nothing for discussion though

Some hate the balancing they do and some praise it. All in all it’s your opinion so it doesn’t matter what other people think.

@OhDoughPlays @SPADtm Can’t forget the constant ragdolls from its weapons. They knew we hated ragdolls and added a ragdoll type enemy.

@SPADtm War striders are more akin to hulks. The only spawn slightly less as well. Either way they are better now that there are more ways to deal with them that aren't as tedious.
