Big win for America’s innovators: the SBIR/STTR reauthorization bill has passed the House and Senate. Grateful for the support of @SenatorRounds, @LeaderJohnThune, and @RepDustyJohnson. It now heads to the President’s desk; if he doesn’t sign, it becomes law in 10 days (excluding Sundays). This is a huge boost for small‑business R&D.
