@bloomathan Kept trying to cater to an imagined audience rather than the audience that wanted to play their game. Sometimes, the trade offs between genres is too great and there is no middle ground to be found that makes the genre mashup fun for all.

@drewlevin in plat, and I stopped playing the game because playing solo was a miserable experience. How do you see riot's new smurf stance interacting with friends looking to play together?

@drewlevin Hello Drew. I haven't played league in a while but have a quick question. One of the main reasons I would smurf in the past is that my friend and I would get duo restricted and couldn't play the game together. Eventually, our accounts started getting mmr duo restricted

@drewlevin How far back are you checking for the botted accounts? (asking for a friend)

as part of this broader effort, we're going to ban a bunch of accounts that have been commercially botted/leveled/sold/shared. we see the work of improving game quality as a systemic issue that we have to solve systemically. this is another part of that.

one of our big projects for the rest of the year is killing smurfing & alt account abuse. we’re going after account selling & sharing, boosting, and duo boosting starting in 25.18, with more to come later this year. legit alts safe. read/watch below what else do you hope we do?

@VerizonSupport Is there a problem with your Disney + perk in any way?

@VerizonSupport Their solution was to add it back to my account, which doesn't explain why it disappeared, but does solve the problem. However, after they added it trying to set it up shows this screen.

@VerizonSupport It doesn't appear as active on my account. I used the chat feature to enquire about this and the agent said it was not added to my account and provided a bill that did not reflect the perk on my account. When comparing this to the bill available in my account, it shows the perk.

@RiotDucke Hi there. Reporting a bug. Sometimes the augments that are meant to reroll another augment (enemy/ally) each round get stuck and stop rerolling.

@RiotDucke changes. Overall great stuff, just really missing the leaderboard.

@RiotDucke I am missing the leaderboards. Every other change feels massively positive though. Best version of arena I have played yet. Each lobby feels very different and doesn't feel like there are multiple people forcing a high roll every game. I credit this to the reroll
