NEW TRADE: ALL IN $QS.
Highly speculative play. Catalyst is 13F drops this week.
- $5B val with $1B cash and 20% short interest
- volume has been creeping up (me like)
- huge open interest on calls this week (spicy)
- copper is going up, "battery trade" might be a play
- CEO was an EVP at $SNDK and president at $WD, notice anything?
- rentech, vanguard, blackrock, etc all increased holdings in Q4 last year. more 13Fs dropping this week might reveal more hedge funds who loaded up in Q1
alerted subscribers here first (ty ♥️)
been watching this stock for a whole day and binged a bunch of youtube videos last night on solid state batteries.
high level $QS is the leader (with patents) and they've been sharing a lot on social media. they recently expanded their market beyond evs to include ai data centers and defense companies and also switched to a licensing business model (smart).
risk is that solid state batteries have been "almost here" for 5+ years now and still not at commercialization scale (currently at pilot scale).
this is quick technical play but also a fine long-term hold too. problem is one would have to be really patient to wait for their next update on commercialization.
as a reminder: this is my challenge account where i restarted with $35k to go all-in swing trading 1 stock at a time to $10M again.
now at $59k.
took the L on $HIMS for -5% loss. TLDR: earnings was not bad, but not that exciting short-term either. better to come back to it in a few months
pleaase do your own research. this is mainly a technical-based swing trade. meaning: quick in and out.
sorry it took so long for the thesis. been driving and in meetings all day.
the trade came together really quickly and i wanted to share it and my thoughts as fast and thoroughly as i can.
its hard to notice "now" is the time, make the trade, record it, and write a good cited with sources post while on the go.
pls lmk how i can improve.

@K10Spells @DGpg12 @HustleBitch_ If it works for them, then great. Just seems like a made up marriage to be influencers trying to get clicks. He's way too old but I guess he has stamina.
English

@DGpg12 @SoHo_Wes @HustleBitch_ It’s not a problem for them.
They like their marriage that way and it makes sense for them. They agree.
Married people who act single when their spouse is not around generally end up single bc they didn’t raise their own standards and tired living w double standards instead.
English

🚨 “I’M 26… HE’S 60” — THIS COUPLE’S ‘MARRIAGE RULES’ HAS THE INTERNET MELTING DOWN
This video is going viral after a couple with a 34-year age gap revealed the "non-negotiable" rules they follow behind closed doors.
• No drinking unless they’re together
• Mandatory prayer every single night
• “Never keep score” no matter what happens
• Stay kind and “serve” each other… even during arguments
They call it “intentional commitment.”
She says these rules make her feel more free, not less.
Is this level of structure what makes relationships stronger… or does it cross a line?

Elon during the Q1 2026 earnings call:
"When we've unveiled various Optimus versions, we've found out our competitors literally do a frame-by-frame analysis and copy everything we're doing."
Exhibit A.
Xiaomi's Cyber One V2, revealed today, next to Tesla's Optimus Gen 2 - which dropped back in December 2023.
This is what Tesla is up against. Not just competing - being studied, copied, and repackaged.
And yet Tesla is still so far ahead that the best anyone else can do is imitate what they were doing two years ago.

@yunta_tsai @lucaatalla @Tesla_AI Yes, navigation not optimized (e.g., looping around the block when it can legally turn right at an intersection) is my biggest issue when to intervene.
English

Suggestion to @Tesla_AI @yunta_tsai: Add navigation to the options. I suspect it will be the largest bucket now.

English

@DaireCarragher Much better as before it was always green, full of duck crap and algae. A person would have died if fallen in it.
English

As a non-American, this is just objectively going to be an improvement no?
Gwen ☕@GwenpostingTTV
I hate this trashy classless administration.
English

@DennisCW_ Is FSD is using Google Maps and navigation or just Google Maps but does its own navigation overlay? I need to test this but I can imagine Google nav messing up like this.
English

I feel the same way about starting to prefer using FSD for long trips versus flying. For example, last year I FSD drove me from Virginia to Florida, my first long road tip. This year, I'm doing to do that again versus have to deal with the costs/issues of flying. Although a long road trip can get boring, ability to stop wherever to relax makes it worth it.
English

Yesterday I drove my @tesla 900 miles on FSD from Miami to Nashville and I realized it’s genuinely the better option.
I fly that route 2 to 3 times a month. Flights are never under $400. Most times $600. Sometimes $800.
Add Uber to and from both airports, or parking garage fees. Then factor in the delays, the cancellations, the security theater, the chaos, the guy next to you who hasn’t met deodorant yet.
On the other hand: I pack healthy snacks, press one button, and the car just goes.
I took calls. Replied to emails. FaceTimed my family. Ate without pulling over. Did everything I normally do on a travel day, except none of the stuff that makes travel days miserable.
My biggest concern going in was range and charging. Here’s what actually happened:
My bladder needed one extra stop the car didn’t even suggest. Most charging stops were under five minutes. Total cost for the whole trip was less than just the uber to the airport.
And this was the base model Y.
Now I’m thinking I should get something comfier and just make this the default.

@MarkDCarder @farzyness Farzad is so desperate to be right. Oh boy, OCD about it.
English

@robertocarrizo @bradsferguson True but they don’t want to spend it too zero as they may need cash for emergencies. Building Terafab will cost much more.
English

Elon to $TSLA shareholders,
‘You don’t get Terafab, SpaceX does.’
‘and Tesla is going to do the research for SpaceX.’
Doesn’t seem right.
AleXandra Merz 🇺🇲@TeslaBoomerMama
I just may have the solution to avoid in the future all these headaches ... 😏
English

@tesla_na @farzyness Is there a way to provide Tesla insurance costs based on current safety score so that I can make a decision whether to buy or stick with my current provider?
English

Tesla Insurance update
With the latest version of Safety Score (v3.0), every mile you drive with FSD Supervised enabled will receive a score of 100.
This allows you to maintain a higher average safety score over time, resulting in lower monthly insurance premiums.
Applies to new policies in Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, Arizona, Virginia & Illinois
English

@SoHo_Wes @TeslaXplored Lol 😂
I'll be geriatric by the time that happens.
English

BREAKING! Tesla Unsupervised RoboTaxis hit a record 6 cars running concurrently at the same time out of the 10 total ever seen.
I still don’t understand why these numbers are sooo low! My own car did 99% out the 7,000 miles I drove since V14.2. What’s the hold up?! $tsla

Robotaxi Tracker@RtaxiTracker
At least 6 unsupervised Tesla Robotaxis operated concurrently today, out of 10 total tracked. Unsupervised service still appears to be limited to between ~10am-3pm
English

@tslaming @yunta_tsai Get rid of the auto washing fluid wipe as it randomly does it even after a car wash. Messed up a super clean car. If the FSD can drive in the rain and fog, surely it can drive when the windshield is clean or slightly dirty.
English

GOOD NEWS 🚨 @yunta_tsai, Tesla AI Sr. Staff Engineer and co-inventor, confirms the new wiper friction estimation system from a patent published April 9, 2026, is already deployed fleet-wide 💥
