Markets aren't fooled by the jawboning or the phony paper trades. The world's investors weren't born yesterday. The reality is that Hormuz is no longer in a state of "almost full closure." Iran is re-opening it, the shipping volume is, contrary to fake news reports, rising, a growing number of nations have signed passage agreements with Iran, an ever growing number of ships are transiting Hormuz in compliance with Iran's wartime rules, and the market expects the shipping volume to keep rising going forward, unless the U.S. or Israel foolishly interfere and closes Hormuz back up.
