@SoaniaMathur Turning over Something you usually did in few quick moves without even wake up has turned into an Olympic discipline. The pain, that just woke you up, makes it even more complicate to execute the planned list of short movements in which you broke down the turning over sequence.

@SegShiSonia Dystonia can be so painful and frustrating! So sorry that it's part of your experience. Hope you find some relief...
