Practice shouldn’t mean torment. Players shouldn’t hate being there. They should be working hard in a productive environment that they enjoy. It doesn’t have to be one way or the other. Structure your practices where kids are not only learning, but they want to grow & improve!

@THEChrisKessell @edgeofcoaching When I was a ref for the USA Cup in Minnesota I actually got assigned to ref @SoccerEclipse ! Fantastic club, parents never said a word, coaches were some of the nicest I've ever had. Genuinely one of the best officiating experiences ive had. AND THEY WERE SO GOOD.
