Been a while since I perused the floors in the @artblocks_io world and WOW are there some thin floors and discounts to loads of projects in both $ETH and $USD terms. Some examples spanning curated, playground, and factory:

HT: 2-1 Houston. A hot start for @stlCITYsc that fizzled out quickly. STL has no answer so far for Houston’s mid block press. The CMs for STL are entirely ineffective in vertical progression and the wingbacks aren’t connecting high enough up. The few chances are through longer balls and hold up play by Sangbin or deep crosses over the top. And the worry about STL having a 9 continue (paging Corey Wray)… And the worst part is it didn’t feel like either goal is mainly attributable to the defense. If anything, aside from a Bürki slip/mishandle, the 1st goal was a result of Durkin folding under pressure after being left into dry by Timo (symbolic of the overall issues). But WAY too many shots are getting through to the STL keepers. #AllForCITY #USOC2026

If everyone is truly healthy & available, personally, I'd like to see Sangbin at the RW and Löwen drop into CM and I'd like to see Tots on the left/Wallem on the right. Is one quality game enough for Fallou to break into the XI twice in a row when MacNaughton wasn't even on the matchday roster, resting, last weekend? I think it's more likely we see Polvara at LCB & MacNaughton at RCB personally (brain over heart here) but the others really are 50/50 to me. That said, we have at least 8 locked and loaded starters here. Damet's choices will be very interesting to see. #AllForCITY
Flyover Footy@FlyoverFooty

Our Consensus Projected Starting XI for @stlCITYsc v @HoustonDynamo in the #USOC2026 Quarterfinals! It's arguably our strongest XI at the moment. Damet has said that everyone's come through the last few matches ok so we're expecting near full availability. Löwen at the 10 vs CM, Wallem at RWB and Fallou at LCB are the biggest question marks. - Löwen will start, but where? (and it impacts Sangbin) - Wallem picked up a red & will miss Austin next Sat so will Damet allow him to start or will Santos play LWB & Totland at RWB? - Fallou impressed last weekend, is it enough to keep a spot in the backline or will MacNaughton return to RCB w/Polvara back at LCB? #AllForCITY

I mentioned tonight that Cedi is easily the best at cleaning up random bullshit in the box and turning it into goals—seems like he could run onto one or two behind Becher…
Ryan Grass@Swordopolis

@RoccSTL Becher desperately needs to be The Other Guy in a two-striker setup....imagine if we still had Klauss

@RoccSTL He has incredible touch, vision and creativity. Having him deeper allows for the occasional long balls that Durkin/Edelman don’t make.

@ChatCityTactics Would you have put Wallem in over Santos? Santos looks lost. Hartel trying to force a ball to Cordova with Santos wide open tells you everything.

HT #AllForCITY thoughts: - Totland - Löwen - Baumgartl HT stars. ⭐️ - Polvara been very good stopping the ball, very not good with the ball - Santos just ain’t it. - Being able to progress through Edu or wide is much better. No more R10 nonsense.

@RoccSTL @mawi_32 This is absurd. We struggle to get the ball into the box so instead of having Lowen play in the midfield as a playmaker, we are going to put him further up the field and take away a spot for an additional goal scorer?

@mawi_32 So what he appears to want is conditional on at least two things: - the matchup - who he has at the 10 spots So if he has playmakers like Hartel/Lowen who like to drop deep for the ball, he doesn’t need as much progression from the 6s We also know he wants the 6s press high

@RoccSTL Really need a 10 who can possess the ball when we are winning and draw fouls. Miss that bow-legged Brazilian

@ChatCityTactics - I see what you mean about McSorely at the 9. Had multiple chances 1v1 at the top of the 18 squandered. Not to mention 0 ability for holdup play.

@MattBakerSTL @stlCITYsc Possession was not even. We hardly had the ball in the first half. Split the second with the red cards and our hunkering down.

FT and @stlCITYsc has finally done it. Yoann Damet earns his 1st road win as CITY head coach and the 1st clean sheet in 2026. 1-0 on the road vs Colorado. Sangbin Jeong w/the difference maker proving again that one moment of clinical finishing amidst a good overall defensive performance can be enough. Most stats: possession, xG, shots, SoT were even. Finally one moment finished and an arguable red drawn fall our way. #AllForCITY

@ChatCityTactics The idea of freshness being an issue is insane to me. With the vast amount of data available and the number of coaches on the sideline monitoring this…WTF?!? It would be totally different if the on field ply was sooo good that subbing was a dumb idea but…ugh

The lack of progressive play in the midfield has become a massive issue for #AllForCITY. Durkin and Edelman have a combined 65 progressive actions between them per ASA data. When progression is that limited, your 10s are dropping so far back to help get the ball into the offensive half, it holds the offense back and puts more responsibility on the 9 to find ways to hold up play so that runners can get forward. When that doesn't happen, CITY ends up losing the ball and gets caught in transition; meaning they have to work harder to get back into a defensive shape.

Four MLS games before the break. Every #AllForCITY XI between now and then should start with all of these names written on the team sheet in pen.

@ChatCityTactics I had low expectations coming into the season with the lack of talent on the roster, but the lack of rotation in the lineup is just baffling
