@SofaWorkshop Your customer service phone number has been constantly engaged since last Thurs!? If it does ring, it cuts off, stating that 'this number cannot take your call'? Is this due to high number of complaints? Is there an issue with the line? I'm running out of patience now...

@SofaWorkshop Ordered our sofa in March at a cost of £3500, and STILL haven't received it!!?? The shop confirmed it would fit, it didn't. LOADS of phone calls, most unanswered, 2 days off work, being lied to by the MK store numerous times, and plenty more cock ups.. STILL NO SOFA
