Exactly. The point isn’t “don’t let unserious people make money,” it’s “why does unseriousness get so much more cultural reward than substance?” Ycee wasn’t saying Peller should starve. He was saying we’ve built an ecosystem where noise, ignorance and low-effort foolishness get amplified faster than actual thoughtful content and people are acting like that’s not worth questioning.

Peller and iShowSpeed for the same sentence😭 Broski, speed dey chill with Infantino for WC. Peller dey on top horse, dey harass speed when he come naija 😭 Them give egungun mic to interview am, he ask “when did you start this your “woo woo” Brain dead content creators just dey churn out nonsense with no value. It’s cool that it works for them What Ycee said was that, you should actually pay more attention to the more sensible content and platform those guys too

Increasing minimum wage in a collapsing economy is the kind of policy that sounds compassionate until you realise it’s mostly theatre. If the naira is in free fall, inflation is cooking salaries alive and the cost of living keeps rising, then all you’ve done is print a bigger joke on people’s payslips. Nigerian politicians love wage increments because it lets them cosplay as pro-worker without doing the harder work of fixing production, power, FX, insecurity and inflation. It’s governance by headline.

Nigeria doesn't need a new minimum wage increment, govt should strengthen the naira by stabilising the economy. Increasing the minimum wage while things get worse only devalues the naira even more. Are these politicians even th:nking at all?
