I dont care for the comparison to Crimson Desert since they're nothing alike but Dragon's Dogma 2 was one of the worst AAA game releases in the past decade.
It released in a disgustingly broken state in every way and absolutely does not deserve any of the praise it got at launch.

Since there were a lot of mentions that Crimson Desert looked like what Dragon’s Dogma 2 should’ve been. Crimson Desert currently has a lower Metacritic score (77) than Dragon’s Dogma 2 (86).

It's literally impossible for more than 25% of people to be purple+ just based on how it mathematically works

Game was better when we had damage on gap closers, timers on abilities like blood weapon, and downtime is actually a good thing if you can fight for uptime.

@BlueMightyDuck @Apaukolypse To be honest the dps check is actually well tuned idk what that guy is talking about , also our drg was fed gear alongside our ninja and he died and one of our healers got DD , we still met the check with a gcd to spare on week 1 , TLDR it’s not as tight as people think
