As long as no entrences are blocked, sidewalk use is permitted. Then simply lay out tiles on the sidewalk, switch them on. For the April 1st prank idea, better ask a lawyer😁

@NatGeo Note that the panels shown here are SR2 panels and we are now up to SR5! The heating elements that you see in the video have been replaced by a much better option and many other improvements have been made too.
