@LukeCB14 When I heard Heat weapons were coming to D2 and two of them were snipers, I was genuinely geeked. I cannot describe the bottomless depths of my disappointment that 'heat weapon' in this instances means 'funny reload animation' and not 'freed from the brick ammo economy.'

The new Turncoat (with Catalyst) seasonal exotic hand cannon in #destiny2 is an absolute BEAST for DPS.
Per my tradition - Day 1 of a new season is dedicated to acquiring and grinding out the catalyst.
