Twitter friends! Can anyone recommend a backpack that’s great for avoiding or minimizing lower back strain? Not for hiking; just for basic commuter laptop, notebook, charger, maybe one book, etc. Thanks!

Very disappointed with @Solgaard_co. Product looks great but we ordered two identical suitcases as Christmas gifts. One came on 12/14 and the second has yet to arrive. But yet we got charged for both of them immediately. Customer support has not been helpful either.

I ordered my wife a @Solgaard_co carry-on closet luggage system for her birthday, and it came without the carry-on closet. it's literally just a carry-on. a $300 carry-on... I sure hope they respond to my email soon.
