The FDA has announced at least 7 people have contracted E. coli linked to cheddar cheese made from raw milk.

Been having issues with my right eye for a month or more. Eye is dry and vision is slightly impaired. Pressure on right side of head / face. After trying about 20 supplements, I finally went to the dr. Have a sinus infection. Now I'm 4 days into prednisone and antibiotics and still having eye issues. Pretty frustrating. Went to the Dr instead of eye Dr because I suspected sinus issues. Next step is ophthalmologist, if antibiotics don't fix it. Side note. As part of my eye correction experiment I started using a vitamin A supplement. First time I've ever used one because the anti vitamin A guys had me scared. A couple days into it and I started feeling great. Increased temp, pulse and more energy. Lowered my T3 dose from 50 to 25mcg and still maintaining 99.5 after 2 weeks. Was hitting 100 daily after starting vitamin A until I reduced the T3. I'm using the A, D, K combo from Forefront Health. It's 1500 mcg vitamin a and I'm using it 3x per day so 4500 total. Side side note: You'll get plenty of vitamin A if you just eat your weekly liver, but I don't do that.
