Mayor Nasiphi Moya reconfigured her Mayoral Committee but deliberately ignored the wrongdoing of Deputy Mayor Eugene Modise. Exposed for benefiting from a R300 million security tender and now linked to more City contracts at the Madlanga Commission, Modise remains protected.
Tshwane deserves leaders who fight corruption, not those who cover it up.
