@altair_tech I continue to notify blocks as "unknown" because we don’t know who is behind them. It could be a large pool or something else. My criteria: the same address must not have found a block within 24h (soon 7 days). Open to feedback. Even an address with >200 BTC could be a solo miner

Wow, this is incredible. The number of plebminers mining on their self-hosted instance of @Public_Pool_BTC on Umbrel could be much higher than we think. So far, 4 blocks have been found by self-hosted Public Pool runners, while the main instance, which gathers 40 PH/s, hasn’t found any!!! We can safely guess that there is more than 40 PH/s of totally sovereign hashrate out there. And it might me just the beginning
