@Rotting_rabies Getting better will always be alot of work but there is a blessing in the fact that you do not have to do this labor alone and that despite all it takes, it does not bar you from rest. Don't be afraid to just, fall into your families or friends or your boyfriend arm sometimes.

It's so much work not to cut on a daily basis that was such a routine ingrained into my day
