@joeXmadre @FitDadRx Yes but they take the risk. They buy bulk and build the overseas relationships. They pay for the third party testing. It’s same concept of say paying someone to do a job for you that you can do but you save the time and behind the scenes logistics.

If Ethereum ends up failing (which is not entirely an unreasonable assumption at the moment with Vitalik being an imbecile), do you believe Solana has the infrastructure in place to be capable of replacing it?

As much as I roast the idea of real estate as an investment... I would obviously LOVE to own my primary residence (crazy idea) But the places I'm interested in living are cooked for RE Miami - insanely high prices, natural disaster issues New Jersey (Hoboken, Jersey City) - high income tax, high property tax, high property prices New York - don't even get me started. the worst place in the country to buy real estate lol Any Real Estate gurus have thoughts?

Unpopular opinion: Stop contributing to your 401K, even if your company matches. Put the extra money into Bitcoin after every paycheck instead. If anyone has done the math on this, would love to see it.
