Advancing Women Entrepreneurs: NITI Aayog & Urban Company Unveil ATR Program Cohort NITI Aayog’s Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP), in partnership with Urban Company, proudly announced the launch of a new cohort under its Award to Reward (ATR) Program, dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs in the beauty and wellness sector. The launch event featured Ms. Anna Roy, Mission Director, WEP & Principal Economic Advisor, NITI Aayog, Ms. Mercy Epao, Joint Secretary, Ministry of MSME and Mr. Abhiraj Singh Bhal, Founder & CEO of Urban Company. The event highlighted the program's mission to empower women across age groups in their entrepreneurial journeys. The ATR Program will select a cohort of 25 women entrepreneurs in the beauty and wellness sector, providing them with six ecosystem needs: finance, business development, skills training, legal compliance, market access, and mentorship.
