Interesting observation about Petpooja. I always thought they were only a restaurant POS company. Recently we started using their HRMS solution because it was priced much better than many alternatives. Today I took my daughter to a playzone and saw they were using Petpooja for billing and customer communication as well. Looks like they are quietly expanding much beyond food.

Order direct as much as possible. One may not get the same “benefits” but there’s 1000% more accountability by the business. No eatery likes to give away 20-35% in commission on every order.

Interesting consumer behaviour in Hyderabad — People are extremely conscious about shoe cleaning and maintenance there. The category is growing much faster than we expected.

@Sonalomania Yes, we do operate in Gurgaon 🙂 In fact, a lot of our understanding of consumer behaviour in laundry and shoe cleaning came from Gurgaon itself. People there are very quality and convenience conscious, which helped us shape many of our services.

Hi @MapmyIndia your product is genuinely good, but forcing sign-in on the web dashboard just to look up an address is unnecessarily frustrating. I’ve abandoned it multiple times because of this and gone back to Google Maps instead. Please reconsider this requirement.

@Ajain112 Quality..stuff gets deshaped in a couple of washes. Bad stitching. Looks..a lot of the ‘basic’ stuff looks aunty-ish. It can be basic and make you feel good at the same time. Fitting is only an issue if you don’t know your size.
