@SkinTrader2 Great sequel. It peters out after the Russian Gulag part but it's still fun. The 2nd half is like a B movie from the perspective of the Bond villain.

Tonight's viewing and it's the final Ilsa movie that I've yet to see.

@305222B @leebowski1223 City of Angels isn't a masterpiece but it flows better than the original and has some astonishing visuals whereas the original is more derivative of Batman 89. I love that apocalyptic piss filter used to show L.A.

@leebowski1223 @SongsofMaldoror I don't necessarily think they were better productions as a whole, but certain elements of the sequels had more staying power than anything from the original to me.

Love The Crow (1994), one of my favourite movies, but has any film ever had such an awful series of sequels after the original was such a classic?

@MovieEndorser It is up until when they reach their destination. The journey was more interesting.

@texhnolyzedfish Godard would have a meta moment half-way through this film where he talks to the camera and condemns Hollywood and the elite and call the audience stupid pigs who should have pirated the movie. Then the rest of the movie is just credits.
