Less visibility of actors in public helps the audience to connect with the role an actor plays. When someone is constantly visible at events or in media, it becomes harder to separate the person from the role. I guess this is the reason we cannot connect to movies these days.

I know cinema is meant for entertainment. But we live in times where stories don’t stay on screen, they are made to carry weight and remain with us. I’ve never liked gore or brutality. As many of you, I too prefer films that calm your mind, something softer in the middle of our already chaotic lives. But Dhurandhar does something else… it just doesn’t let you stay comfortable. It heavily stays with you. The performances feel so real - it’s almost like you know Jaskirat ♥️ Yes, you fall in love with Hamza….for how fiercely true he remained to himself and India. No pretence, no wasted moments. We loved Hamza, but dear Jaskirat just pierces through us. Love how the film treats and shows terrorism, It does not soften it and it does not decorate it. It simply shows it for what it is. That has awaken something raw in many of us. A certain noise, some fire and that sense of satisfaction when some kind of justice hits back. That feeling is something many of us including me, cannot put in words. It above all the bullshit controversy and politics around it. And then there’s Ranveer Singh. He hasn’t acted in this - he has DOMINATED it, every single minute and every single frame! He has become Jaskirat & Hamza. It’s almost unreal how true it seems. This isnt growth, this is arrival!!! Ranveer Singh, you didn’t just win hearts, you completely shook them. Dil jeet liya? Nahi. Dil hila ke cheer diya. :) #Dhurandhar2‌

it's funny there is literally a scene in the movie where hamza says his fight is not against the country or its PPL but against the ones who were responsible for several terr!r attacks that happened in his country since yrs there is not a single scene which drags any religion too

Both parts of dhurandhar movie were such bangers😭😭😭it is truly once in a lifetime movie. Everything from cast to bgm to songs to details to twists to action sequences to emotional scenes... everything was excellent. Absolutely loved it.

Ranveer Singh as Jaskirat and Hamza shows what real masculinity actually looks like. How a man can be strong while still being kind, caring and on right path. That’s true strength. Somewhere down the line people have confused masculinity with arrogance, abuse, n toxic behaviour.
