TEAMWORK What does that mean ? I was on a DELTA flight from Salt Lake City to SanDiego today and was few minutes delayed for departure because some hand luggage needed to be checked and was left in the jet bridge. 1/

Often in medicine we forget who the most important person is in this equation called healthcare, more important than the docs, nurses, administrators: THE PATIENT. I took a page out of Delta's book today, to make our practice as patient centric as we can be, they come first! 4/
