@SLinzey99533 I absolutely agree & that is why I developed the #ProfessionalNurseAdvicate role in 2021. RCS has been mandated in the NHS contract for delivery by PNAs since April 2022 in England. Over 55,000 sessions of RCS has now been delivered

#ClinicalSupervision The need for clinical supervision to become mandatory within the NHS is fundamental to staff wellbeing and staff retention. It is a very small investment in staff to help them feel valued and develop. CS can help to prevent stress and reduce sickness.

This years #RCN23 Congress was really exhausting, and I didn’t even go out (unheard of!) I feel very emotionally drained right now, what with the big changes happening in my worklife. We did our @GloSTaRsNHS fringe event which felt so good, but it was very emotive, this is hard.
