@tarkovarena Please! Remove lateral movement while shooting and being shot. There is no one that can dance like this in combat. Or at least make the recoil way harder when moving sideways. When one shoots a gun, only forward moving will keep recoil under control! We are not playing rust here

@jonbrooks Cost of materials and labor make this nearly impossible. Starter homes are 20-30 year old homes that are about 1000 Sq ft that need work. Unfortunately current buyers don't know how to do basic handyman skills or are too lazy to learn or both

We want builders to build starter homes at $200–250k so the next generation can actually... start. Instead, they sell $400–500k+ homes and call them “starter homes.” $3,190/month is NOT a starter home.

@Fat_Electrician Because a huge portion of the population never sees these taxes directly. Property taxes are buried in rent payments. It's easier to tax people that don't know they are being taxed.

We don’t tax unrealized gains. If your stock goes up but you don’t sell, that’s not taxable income. I get it. I agree with it. So why doesn’t that same logic apply to property taxes, especially homes? Why is it that if my house value goes up for whatever random fucking reason, I suddenly owe the government more money?
