This International Human Rights Day, I’m thinking of innocent people sitting in jail cells around the world like Jimmy Lai, Dang Dinh Bach, Selahattin Demirtas, Gubad Ibadoghlu and Idris Khattak. Authoritarian governments are jailing people for thought crimes. Democratic governments and movements must fight to get them out.

"ถ้ามั่นใจว่าคำพิพากษานั้นยุติธรรม แล้วท่านจะกลัวอะไร" จากอานนท์ นำภา ถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมในวันที่กระทบต่อหลัก ‘การพิจารณาคดีโดยเปิดเผย’ . 7 ก.ค. 2568 ที่เรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพฯ ทนายความได้เข้าเยี่ยมอานนท์ นำภา ที่ถูกคุมขังในระหว่างอุทธรณ์คดีมาตรา 112 และคดีอื่น ๆ รวมกัน 10 คดี หลังศาลมีคำพิพากษาชั้นต้นออกมา และยังไม่อนุญาตให้ประกันตัวระหว่างอุทธรณ์คดี จนปัจจุบันเขามีโทษจำคุกรวมกันเป็น 26 ปี 37 เดือน 20 วัน หรือประมาณ 29 ปี 1 เดือนเศษ แล้ว . ตลอดระยะเวลาที่อานนท์ถูกคุมขังอยู่ในเรือนจำ อานนท์มีนัดหมายออกศาลหลายต่อหลายครั้งเพื่อมาทำหน้าที่ทั้งทนายความและจำเลยในคดีจากการแสดงออกและแสดงความคิดเห็นทางการเมือง ทั้งในคดีมาตรา 112 และคดีอื่น ๆ . อานนท์ได้ฝากข้อความออกมาเกี่ยวกับกรณีการพิจารณาคดีในกระบวนการยุติธรรมของเขา ที่บางครั้งก็ถูกสั่งให้เป็นการพิจารณาคดีลับ หรือบางครั้งก็ถูกสั่งไม่ให้เผยแพร่เหตุการณ์ในห้องพิจารณาคดี อานนท์ได้ฝากข้อความที่มีเนื้อหาสาระสำคัญว่า ตัวของเขาเองจะเป็นบทบันทึกเรื่องราวภาพสะท้อนปัญหาของกระบวนการยุติธรรมในคดีมาตรา 112 และให้ผู้คนในกระบวนการยุติธรรมได้ฉุกคิดและเห็นปัญหาดังกล่าวนี้ด้วยเช่นกัน . . 📌อ่านเนื้อหาทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์: tlhr2014.com/archives/76697
