A simple conversation could help save someone’s life. If you spot someone who doesn’t look OK. Small, soft questions can be a gentle way in - they interrupt the cycle of thoughts and help someone shift a little inside and engage with the world outside of their thoughts

You don’t have to be an expert to start a conversation with someone who might be struggling to cope. A simple "Hey, are you alright?" can be all it takes to interrupt someone's suicidal thoughts. Anyone can do it. #SmallTalkSavesLives
