Met liver disease w left lobe obliteration + right sided duct dilation. Multi-focal duct strictures extending to ampulla. Treated w overlapping uncovered Epic stents by @bostonsci for palliation. #GITwitter

Large, bleeding gastric subepithelial mass w intra luminal extension on EGD for anemia. Subsequent EUS shows hypoechoic, peri-gastric lesion w FNB showing DLBCL. You never know what you’re going to find on endo -convenient to have EUS nearby! 🤔 #GITwitter
