Cold forceps 😬 If concerns, discuss with patient. I almost always find more TAs.

We have not yet fallen in line with the ❄️ revolution at my institution. How often do you see significant immediate bleeding with cold snare polypectomy of large non-pedunculated lesions and is that why some may be scared to adopt? @BilalMohammadMD

Its also important is that some patients don't want colonoscopy. But they may change their mind if they have a different screening test come up positive. Its also good to know the issues with screening uptake in the USA, which limits it's utility.
