Fun filled engagement day at @Ryedene 🏏We learned all about which teams are playing in the Cricket World Cup this year and few facts about them, followed by 4 hours of PE cricket sessions focusing on fielding, bowling and batting🏏 @SouthendATF @EssexCCB @IGray67

On our @Chance2Shine first PE cricket session at @GreatWakeringPr we focused on basic movements including jumping, throwing and catching, as well as developing balance, agility and co-ordination.🏏@SouthendATF @EssexCCB @IGray67 @ActiveEssex

CWC engagement day at @LaindonPark 🏏 We practiced Fielding, Bowling and Batting and all children did absolutely amazing! @SouthendATF @EssexCCB @IGray67 @ActiveEssex

Proud moment = Hosting our 2nd Power of Sport and Youth Crime Prevention conference. Inspirational speakers, powerful stories being told by young people, insightful workshops and all in attendance wanting to make a difference in communities.

Hearing from this mornings keynote speakers was an opportunity to start conversations that will shape the learnings and outcomes from the day! Inspirational stories @SouthendATF and their young people showed the true meaning of the power of sport!

Prevention, community-led health & tackling inequalities through social determinants are very much forefront of the @UKLabour manifesto. If elected, Labour must ensure it works with key community trusted voices already working in these places to achieve real, considered change.

🌟 We had an amazing turnout today at our tennis coaching session with over 30 people in attendance! 🎾 Our participants had the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques.A huge shout out to Andrei for sharing his expertise. @the_LTA @SouthendATF @ActiveEssex
