@DaddyWarpig Ahem, Who do you think?! The Creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who worked on the script for the last Bond & Indiana Jones. She's running this Series.

Cancer immunity in a shot. Scientists at the University of Florida have created a breakthrough mRNA cancer vaccine that erased deadly brain tumors in early human trials without chemo or radiation. Tested on four glioblastoma patients, the vaccine reprogrammed their immune systems within 48 hours to attack the tumor. Built from each patient’s own tumor cells and delivered via lipid nanoparticles, it showed success similar to earlier tests in mice and dogs. It is now moving into Phase 1 pediatric trials.

@Rainmaker1973 mRNA? Go ahead. You roll the dice, you take your chances. I choose NOT to go there. Thanks for the gumball though.

I think it is really worth noting that after the 2020 election, conservatives were pretty much deplatformed and shut down. We had no voice, no way to mobilize, no way to fight back, until this man, @elonmusk, decided to buy Twitter and make it a home for all. He didn't care if you were left or right. He wanted it to be a place where everyone could come and have their voices heard. It took some work, but he did it. He created a place where we could all voice our thoughts and opinions freely. Without this forum, we would never have been able to expose the left and grow our grassroots and ground game the way we did. So thank you, Elon. Thank you for giving us our voices and for supporting this nation and President Trump.

I want you to remember Charlie Kirk getting his neck blown out in front of college kids. The entire world watched it happen. And I want you to remember how the left reacted. How they celebrated. How they justified it. How hundreds of thousands of people liked a post where Amanda Seyfried said he deserved it. Then remember how enraged they were when President Trump moved his head and survived an assassination attempt on live television… something that would have thrown this country into chaos, if not outright civil war. Remember how they built shrines and merch for Luigi Magionie after he murdered an innocent man in cold blood. And Ashli Babbitt? They didn’t just defend the shooting, they turned her killer into a hero and have mocked her death for five straight years. Their hypocrisy is so loud and rancid it makes their obnoxious red whistles seem quiet. This isn’t “politics.” This is a communist insurgency, carried out by ppl who openly worship the ideology of Karl Marx and want to eliminate everyone to the right of him. They don’t care about life or “innocent victims.” They care about power, and they will justify any amount of bloodshed to get it. Accept where we are. It is not going to be pretty. Do not be manipulated by their narcissistic, emotional-blackmail warfare. The only way is through.

There are a lot of studies and examples of different ways to train with weights for muscle growth and strength. Which is best? Everyone has different opinions on that but what has always worked best for me has been low volume high intensity training. (And when I say “best”, I mean getting the results of directed muscle growth and strength improvements and not having my nervous system feel so fried that I can’t do other things in life after training… after all, we have lives to live!) It involves training each muscle group directly once per week. Yes only once. You do one light and one moderate set just to get the mechanics and blood flow going, then 1 (maybe 2) all sets to failure * in excellent form * which means controlling the weight all the way up, contracting it hard and lowering it slowly. Depending on the muscle group, you do anywhere from 2 to 4 exercise exercises per muscle group total. 6 time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates is my guest on the Huberman Lab podcast out now and we discussed this style of training and the types of training that work best for the everyday person. That means men & women of all ages. He gives a wealth of info. Dorian was also kind enough to take me through his version of low volume high intensity training. I got to feel what it is to target the back and rear delt muscles properly with true high intensity. We did: 1) lat pullovers: one light set, one medium set, and then one all outset to failure (w/ a few assisted repetitions). 2) reverse grip cable pull downs (also one set to failure) 3) one arm dumbbell rows (one set to failure for each side) 4) seated wide grip cable rows (one set to failure with a couple of assisted reps) 5) rear delt bent over dumbbell raises (one warm-up and one works set to failure). Comment BACK and I’ll DM you a link to a video of the full workout. - Please put any questions or comments you have below and thank you for your interest in science!

🚨🗣️⛳️ #SOUNDING OFF — Safe to say that Wyndham Clark is NOT thrilled that Brooks Koepka is back: “If you would have told me that I could have gone for a year and a half, make a boatload of money and then be able to come back and play on the PGA Tour, I think almost everyone would have done that.” (Via @SiriusXMPGATOUR) Do you agree with Wyndham?

The Invoice of Power For all the crying haters of U.S. power projection. You mistake American peace for a donation. Peace is not mailed out like aid packages. It’s underwritten. By carriers you don’t build, by logistics you don’t maintain, by men and women you didn’t raise, and by a debt of blood you never agreed to pay. You mortgaged your future and outsourced your security. Now you project morality instead of power and call it “sovereignty.” You cry foul when America decides the bill is due. When we choose to remove a parasite like Nicolás Maduro from the bloodstream of a hemisphere we’ve kept stable for generations. You say it’s illegitimate, unfair, and that it violates norms. Norms are written by those who can enforce them. You ask if we think peace is benevolent. No. Peace is transactional. The price is alignment, stability, and order. If you don’t pay it, someone else will, eventually with interest. This is the sickness of the postwar world: a civilization feminized by safety it did not earn, mistaking feelings for force and outrage for deterrence. You boo and hiss about sovereignty while cheering mass migration, institutional decay, and the slow motion rape of the West. Your moral vocabulary is loud; your martial vocabulary is empty. So understand this clearly: If you disagree, do something about it. Because your boos mean nothing to a nation that has seen what you applaud. This is a mask off moment. You don’t have to respect America. Fear will suffice. We are not cruel, merely structural. Gravity does not apologize to the weak for pulling them down. Fire does not explain itself to straw. America is strong. You are not. That’s not personal. That is simply the way of things. Power is the rent you pay to exist unmolested in a violent world. If you refuse to pay it, don’t be shocked when the landlord shows up. I sometimes blackpill too hard. But lately, I’m starting to see America might not be in total decline, just hitting puberty. So yea, it’s about to get weird. But we aren’t going anywhere. For the soft among you out there, I guess you’re just gonna have to deal.
