@SouthernWater this raw sewage leak on my driveway has been reported many times since it appeared 12mths ago. Each time you send out 3 teams of people who do nothing to fix the issue. This is a dire waste of resource which we pay for! Will you fix it? @pauljholmes can you help?

Before they dug the road up @SouthernWater allowed shit to run into the storm drain. It took them weeks to dig up the road, they haven't been back to work on it since. There is no cover on this shit hole either!

@sussex_sue that there were 2 jobs for flushing in this region, the one mentioned above, and another that was carried out between the dates of the 29th of June, and the 10th of July. When our inspectors perform flushing, they do so over a large area. This means that it is entirely 2/3

@southernwater Your text on Friday 10th said the mains flushing had finished. Today I popped on a wash, then went out. I found Southern Water are at the end of the road flushing the main! So now just hoping my wash will not be brown! Why send a text if it wasn't finished?!

Hey @SouthernWater Re. your hosepipe ban due to water levels dropping. This is the River Itchen, Twyford. It’s actually running high. You tell this by the water running at the top of the horizontal bough of the tree. When the river is low it drops well below it. @BBCSouthNews

@SouthernWater Broken water pipe in northiam TN31 6QB coplands plat area many elderly and disabled houses without water atall!! You sent people and they won't fix it as they need permission to go where the pipe is?!! It's been over a month in this heat wave FIX IT!!!

@razzasouthward I'm not disputing that at all, as I completely agree that prior notification would have been the correct thing to do. Normally, when works like this are being carried out, our particular team would be notified and we'd send out texts to the impacted areas, and if we're not 1/2

@razzasouthward other ongoing works in the area, to prevent clashes etc. We're just trying to contact the out of hours representative to pass on your comments about prior notification, because it seems as though this was planned works, and there should have been some sort of prior 2/3

@razzasouthward denying there is work taking place, but it might be with a contractor that i don't have an overnight staff member for. I don't suppose you have any details from the vehicle at all? Such as branding, as a lot of our vehicle display the contractors logo on them. Kind Regards 2/2
