@SouthernWater it’s disgusting that you have put the bills up so much when it’s your mistakes that we are paying for when we moved down here 4 years ago the bill to start with was £37 then £48 and now almost doubled how can you justify this

@SouthernWater So because you’re unable to put a meter in my property, I have to pay the “average” for a family in a two bed property. There’s just me here. No dishwasher, no washing machine, 4 minute showers! Now I have to pay £86 a month!! Not a chance

The clowns at @southernwater insisted that I pay them nearly £100 a month. "I know how much I use and even with your shareholders wanting more dividends, I won't use more than £75 a month" Guess what? £407 in 6 months. There's a big leak outside again too, as usual.

@SouthernWater Formal Complaint 2nd level. I've exhausted myself, trying to explain what your computer system has done, by the input of a false reading by a fake meter reader! This is billing fraud. My accounting credentials are, 7 yrs ast manager Prov Finance, 7 yrs costing controller British Leyland D, 6 yrs Senior Accountant Austin Morris D, 20 yrs postal officer & Crown CSC Post Office. I paid £168 today to cover the actual usage.

A New Water Scam? @SouthernWater @Feargal_Sharkey They said someone read our meter on the Feb 3rd 26, no one did! They said we were in credit by 369.59, I said we could live off that for months, but we're honest, we read and said the usage has gone from 808 to 829, they then recalculated from 724 to 829 causing a spiral effect, they now say I owe £385! There's only 2 of us using around 20M per bill! Horizon Effect? If this is happening to others, then the water companies could be raking in £millions, I tried explaining, by checking all our previous bills, but the call centre lady wouldn't believe me.
