@cyberabadpolice (2/2) Service apartment is located at Madhapur, for which we need a one-time pass to clear police checkposts on the way from my aun't house in Narsingi. Went today to @psnarsingi_cyb for permission, and they're not ready to listen! This is urgent. Please help.

We went through an ordeal with Etihad around a month back. We got a little creative and ended up making a song on the episode. Do watch it, RT and help us here TWITTER :) Also, here is the youtube link - youtube.com/watch?v=ZusIEb… Enjoy :)

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E I can share pictures of the bag with inch tape measures of all dimensions, and a picture of the receipt! How could your attendant just make a negligent visual judgement! I want a full refund! #Appalling #CustomerService

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E I came home and verified! goindigo.in/information/fa…
My bag was within allowed parameters, which is exactly I've never been asked to check it in. Hemant Kumar didnt do due diligence. Never bothered to actually measure it. I want a full refund. This is #appalling! #Terrible
English

@IndiGo6E (1/n) Needlessly charged Rs.2.4K extra when your check-in attendant, Hemant Kumar, forced me to check in a cabin bag (without measuring its dimensions) which I've carried in the cabin so many frickin times, but he thought it was 'too big'. #PatheticService
English

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E And this on a Bangalore to Bombay flight that already cost me 8K one way. My check-in and cabin bags weighed 21kg in total. If he thought it was too big, he should've checked it in for free. #ExtremelyDisappointing #BadCustomerService

@SpaceSextant Hi, Manish. We are sorry to note your disappointment. As per the policy, INR 2400 was charged for 6 Kg excess baggage. Please visit the link: bit.ly/1Xaz2Ul Clause 10 on baggage policy. ~Atul

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E But how is it excess baggage when now I'm carrying nothing in the cabin, and technically 7kg is allowed. Thanks for doing that to someone that himself only weighs 58kg. Didnt I mention that I've carried that exact cabin bag on Indigo flights several times #Inconsistent
