Poseidon 9's Last Flight on the 30th of September 2025, was a goodbye to the Block 5 program. In that Mission, Poseidon 9 lifted off with all 9 engines running, it successfully begun its pitch downrange maneuver to make it to staging,

Update on the Eagle Eye 5-2 mishap.
Space Systems teams have begun the preliminary analysis of the issue.
They have discovered that 4 of the 9 engine shut down at max q and then a structural failure was observed.
