@Liger_VR They are currently in a lawsuit. 4 other people were injured and two others have broken pelvisis. Washington's workers comp or L & I is not paying enough to cover his living expenses. This accident happened in February and he's tried everything he can and had to make a gofundme.

@Spaceballs1987 Should considering talking to a lawyer. The driver and place of work insurance should be covering all that, and maybe even more so. Lawyer doesn't charge unless the suit is lost, which in this event, I highly doubt.
