@CryptoKaleo Just completed 5 sessions of shockwave therapy which worked great. Not 100% but back to bjj and weights.

Strained my bicep / brachialis last September, and still feels like I’m at about 60% strength. Keep it light as far as any strength training, but that area I circled still kills me. Any of y’all ever dealt with this type of an injury before? Insane to me this hasn’t healed yet.

@justcalum123 @SpaceyKarma Its performance related and will soon be lower with the introduction of a US fund, below from latest investor presentation.

Replaced a long term ISA holding #FGT with #PSH today. Similar concentrated style and Buffet type approach but the discount on #PSH and US exposure offers better upside from here IMHO.

@TheSecretAcct @ii_couk @GetAngus FCA don’t allow bitcoin etfs! Closest is ETF’s holding crypto miners like DAGB but these don’t replicate bitcoin performance! Better off just buying bitcoin outside of isa or SIPP!
