I am Representing my personal friend on his behalf due to my premium membership on X Twitter. This message below is from and written by "Mehts" The owner of the account.
I am simply trying to bring exposure to his ticket that is seemingly going without response. If you could investigate this issue and contact him directly via his original ticket/contact information that would be greatly appreciated.
Regarding ticket # 5780384
I’ve lost access to my account "Mehts" after it was hijacked — even with 2FA, strong passwords, Jagex account and all security steps followed. I’ve spent countless hours on this account and now I’m being told support won’t help anymore. That’s unacceptable I've owned this account for 13 years.
The emotional toll aside, this is a serious issue — I trusted this platform, invested time and money, and I’m being shut out with no help. I’m requesting a proper investigation and account recovery. If ignored, I’ll escalate this to Citizens Advice or the relevant Ombudsman.
Do the right thing and help your paying users.
Ps. If the account needs to be locked and needs proof of ownership i have no problem providing numerous types of information to prove its mine.
Also Id like to include the amount of money I've put towards my account along with the 13 dedicated years I've been playing my account. This is not to gain anything just more proof of this being my account.
Estimating from this amount I've roughly spend £1,638 honestly its more than this but this is an estimation. This is from just bonds and membership.
