s1mple broke the game. That's what these kids don't understand. He wasn't just "the best player" or simplu "the MVP" he's the G.O.A.T. Turns out you can copy the numbers but you can't match the eye test. The impact on the round. s1mple never met a 1vX he didn't like.

I've said it before, but I will say it again. If you watch S1mple play Counter-Strike and pause the game in a critical moment, right before a clutch let's say. You could probably come up with 10 different ways to win that clutch, and people will discuss which of the 10 is the best.. But S1mple will find the 11th way that nobody up untill that point in time knew even was possible. This is the reason why at his prime S1mple was such a breathtaking player, and the reason why I have to believe that if he put his heart and focus into it, he could run it all back.
