All I know is A LOT of obstacles arise on Sunday morning - stuff that never happens any other day of the week. It is unusually challenging to make it to church. Far more so than any other day of the week.

The Sunday after Charlie Kirk was murdered, churches were full. We started taking our kids. I read somewhere that the demonic attacks intensify. We had some trippy things. One weekend, the car wouldn’t start. Kids had left car headlights on - a first. Strange coincidence maybe.

@UcheMaryOkoli My kids aren’t named after saints but they share names with them! I don’t want to share their names online but I will say this… Letters from St. Paul constantly grab my son’s attention. He thinks they are to him. 🤫😂

Something interesting happened today at Mass. In my parish, every first Saturday of the month is when infant baptism takes place. Today, we had two beautiful baby boys who were baptised. Now, the names the parents chose for the children were not the names of saints or were the names found in the Bible. I think one was named "Divine" and the other "Miracle" or thereabout. Our priest had to change their names to "James" and "Leo." Our priest also had to plead with the rest of us that it is important to give children names that are found in the Bible or names of Saints because the saints usually serve as a role model to the children and also the saints are invoked during the Litany of saints during baptism. I thought it was interesting because it was the first time I had to see a priest give babies a different name from what the parents named them and to be honest, I prefer their new names...especially "Leo" for obvious reasons 😆. Praise be to God for the new intake into the Catholic Church we had today 🎊 🎉. Have your priest ever rejected the name given to your child or someone's child that you know and named the child an even better name??
