Lawsuit against Linqto, Bill Sarris & Joe Endoso details emerging. 👉Insider Trading/Front Running. 👉Use of unlicensed brokers. 👉Linqto advertised 750k users, when the real number was 10k & 30% were UNaccredited. 👉Unconscionably high and undisclosed mark-ups, sometimes exceeding 150% above what FINRA recommendations with algorithms set to increase the price each time a unit was purchased. Employees expedite friends' sales to avoid the auto-increase, ahead of Linqto customers. 👉Linqto did not disclose they "made" the market in securities they offered, creating FOMO marketing techniques falsely claiming shares were about to sell out. Their marketing techniques certainly crossed the line. 👉They circumvented SEC Rule 506(b). 👉Investors were not buying shares, even though this was in their marketing. 👉No compliance vetting in certain countries 👉An internal test was created, only 50% passed, yet this test did not meet FINRA standards. and more.... trellis.law/doc/220528987/…
