It’s been nearly a month since I raised a complaint for my defective LED TV (Ticket: 4763640371367) and still no solution.Your team keeps replying with“48 hours for an update”,but nothing has changed. This is extremely frustrating.

Hey! @Printo_India why are you not delivering my order, even not giving any response to the mails. In one mail your assistant asked to wait for 48 hours and in it they will update the order shipping process but there is no response, no tracking ID, no shipment what I do Tell me!.
