@Printo_India Fraud company, unprofessional and employees screwed up the business.Out of my last 5 orders, 4 cancelled , last one was supposed to be delivered on 25Mar, still in production. I wont blame the company owners, it is empoyees those screwed up the business.

Ordered two coffee mugs as a gift and received no response from the team. Ordered with an express delivery(4hrs delivery) and the tram never responded to any messages since the delivery deadline. Worst service ever and will never recommend further

@Printo_India Very disappointed. Ordered visiting cards with a promise of 4hr express delivery. Despite multiple follow-ups, no delivery. Finally had to send a porter to collect. Get 1000 similar cards at ₹1600 and paid you ₹984 for 200 cards #BadService #CustomerExperience

@Printo_India apparently I can't input my correct address when placing an order. My address is B-1/26 hauz khas but the '/' isn't allowed. Customer care tells me to put B-126. Argues with me and tells me to give feedback. Grammar errors on form too...sad!

This is ridiculous @Printo_India . Placed an order for a laptop sleeve on Jan 14th and I get no update from you online or in-store. It's just marked as delivered for no reason. Apparently they mark things as delivered even if it's not, at the end of the month. What even!

@sathishsampath We want to clarify, the order was placed under standard delivery with a delivery charge of ₹190. Express / same-day delivery is a separate option and is charged at ₹230, which was not selected at checkout for this order. We request you to drop an email to feedback@printo.in

What scam you are running @Printo_India ? You charge a bomb for same day delivery and then you say you will deliver after 2 days? you are big company so you can easily scam customer and get away? CC close at 7pm - no way to reach - wow - big company too can fall remember that

@Printo_India used to be the gold standard for printing in India, but have deteriorated badly. Recently got some cards to print and they sent a shabbily printed visiting cards and their customer support was in denial. Despite online orders I had to go to their store and literally shove the cards in their face and the print he took out also had a similar issue. sheepishly they said, machine seems to have an issue and will get this printed from their other store. No QC, No checks....
